We’ve written extensively about Kia and the numerous questions you can have about this brand. Today, we will talk about the information you need to have to select the correct new tires or rims for any Kia. Specifically, we’ll look at the bolt pattern of each model and generation. Let’s start with a quick answer:
All Kia models currently sold in the United States have a bolt pattern of 5×4.5 inches. The only exception is the Kia Rio which has a bolt pattern of 4×3.9 inches.
However, that certainly doesn’t tell the whole story. Below we’ve outlined the bolt pattern in more detail for each generation. We also discuss what lugs/bolts are used precisely, the center bore hub’s diameter, and the bolts’ torque specifications. After each vehicle, there’s a link that reads ”Read more here”. There, you’ll find more information about rim and tire sizes for different generations of that model. Read on!
